JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Mechanical Fitter.
-Preferred: Relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Job Responsibilities:
-Adhere to safety protocols and work towards achieving zero accidents.
-Prioritize and execute work orders as directed by the supervisor.
-Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including breakdowns and scheduled preventive tasks.
-Maintain and update equipment maintenance records and history cards.
-Ensure machines and equipment are well-maintained, and critical spares are available.
-Follow the work permit system and close all permits after job completion.
-Keep tools and equipment in good condition and properly stored.
-Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools.
-Work to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) to enhance equipment efficiency.
-Engage in various projects and development initiatives.
