JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Evaluation:
The main purpose of this external evaluation is to assess In But Free’s organizational and administrative capacity to manage the current projects and potential scale ups, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for further organizational strengthening.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience in evaluating international development projects
• Advanced degree and experience in social sciences, economics/development studies,
education/communication and /or public health
• Knowledge of and experience in field of tuberculosis and HIV
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Analytical skills and ability to clearly present findings, draw practical conclusions, make recommendations and prepare well – written report in a timely manner
