An international school for children aged from 2 to 18.
In 2022 Baobab College was honored to be recognized by Queen Elizabeth II’s official jubilee pageant Album. Our school offers world-class education to students aged between 2-18 years old from diverse cultural backgrounds, on a beautiful campus with a warm and welcoming community. We are looking for a principal who can maintain our high standards, taking us to even high heights. As the principal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school including overseeing the academic program, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within an international school setting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with great leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to providing the best possible education for students.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
Minimum Qualifications
1. A suitable bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
2. A postgraduate degree in Education or a related field, such as a Master’s or a Doctorate in Education
3. Minimum Experience: At least 10 years in a senior leadership position in a school.
4. A strong understanding of the British curriculum and its application in the international context
5. Experience in managing a diverse and multicultural staff team
6. Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
7. Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
8. Demonstrate experience in implementing effective educational programs and achieving educational excellence.
9. A track record of delivering outstanding academic results results
10. Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
11. A commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
