About the Job
The Project Manager will work under the general supervision of the Head-RAF to achieve key results in RAF and in Inclusive Enterprise Finance (EF). The Project Manager RAF will specifically provide support in conceptualising, supporting implementation, and supervising RAF interventions, and will be instrumental in program back-stopping of RAF and IEF stakeholders. .

Job Skills:
• A clear understanding of the Zambian and global rural and agricultural finance landscape and the role of the sector in economic development and financial inclusion.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability of collaboration with various partners including government and private firms.
• A motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision, adhering to deadlines and able to consistently meet time and quality product targets.
• Comfortable with teamwork, innovation, and change to adapt to the needs and flows of markets and market players of all kinds.
• IT literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point Ability to produce consistently high-quality written outputs, demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Experience facilitating training modules using adult education/participatory methods
• Experience developing, managing and implementing multi-partner projects with defined objectives, deliverables, monitoring and evaluation of results.


Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in development studies; business administration or any related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years' professional experience in rural economies and agriculture, of which 3 years should have been in a substantive role in rural and agricultural finance.
• Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a team effort.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in development studies; business administration or any related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
