JOB DETAILS:
The location of the assignment will be at VS Cargo Limited’s Head Office in Ndola, Zambia

Key Responsibilities
• System maintenance and system error fixing
• Managing the SAP Business project
• Provide consultation and coaching on issues related to logistics and developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
• To lead and guide the SAP and Business users and application team, delivering support across the business.
• Training and supporting users in the use of SAP Business 1
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align with the overall business strategy.
• Uphold the integrity of development, test, and production environments associated with each application.
• Actively participate in system audits and manage routine system monitoring.
• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Providing SAP system support and end-user orientation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirement
• Five Years experience plus SAP system knowledge
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting.
• C TB1200 92 SAP Certified Application Associate-SAP Business One Release 9.2
• C TFIN52 66 SAP Certified Application Associate-Financial Accounting
• Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (Current Studies)
• SAP configuration experience
• A full Grade 12 School Certificate

• A hands-on practical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Clear understanding of driving value to the business, and robust business acumen.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Business-focused individual with the ability to map processes and develop effective solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions at all levels within an organization.
• Understanding of the SAP development cycle, Basis landscape, and transport system.

Desirable Skills
• Strong leadership experience.
• Experience in application deployment in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining documentation, such as technical/development specifications, configuration rationale, and test cases.
• Full SAP project lifecycle implementation experience.
