WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Inkomoko is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate to recruit new entrepreneur clients. Compensation will be connected to meeting performance goals.
The Sales Associate will join a growing start-up team with core responsibilities as follows:
NEW CLIENT RECRUITMENT & SALES (70%)
ONBOARD NEW CLIENTS (15%)
INKOMOKO MARKETING (15%)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Sales Associate will understand the landscape of SME development in Rwanda and will have the network and skills to bring new clients to Inkomoko. Successful candidates must navigate fast-paced environments with enthusiasm and commitment to meeting individual and company goals. Basic qualifications include:
