JOB DETAILS:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential business sources.
• Conduct sales presentations and site inspections to showcase the resort’s facilities and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager or Operations Manager to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Administration
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales and Marketing or Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
