As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of Sales Supervisor.
JOB BRIEF
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for consumer leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for PremierCredit Fintech’s financial products and services. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales goals and targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales representatives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to share best practices and motivate the team.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance sales skills.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement sales performance management systems to monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Ensure adherence to all sales and compliance regulations.
• Identify and mitigate sales-related risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as Sales Supervisor in a microfinance institution or a financial institution.
• Proven experience in sales management within the fintech industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for this position.
