Background
AOS LTD is a Service Provider that was established from the Joint Venture between the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom and is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company is engaged in the business of providing advanced Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”) services based on a state-of-the-art Data Center, System development and Integrations, e-Government projects implementation and Consulting among others.
In order to effectively accomplish its business objectives, AOS Ltd is looking for qualified and competent candidates to support its business operation.
Position: Service Desk Operator
Roles and Responsibilities
The Service Desk Operator is responsible for managing customer request related to services and systems provided by AOS Ltd.
• Manage customer request
• Follow up open requests
• Fast troubleshoot on issues and incidents
• Monitoring and escalation
• Reporting to line manager in a timely fashion
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required by line manager
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
• At the least, more than 2 years of Service Desk Operator,
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in call or service center services,
• Possessing Customer care skills,
• Possessing IT troubleshooting skills,
• And good working attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to speak Kinyarwanda, English and French
• Being courteous to customers
• Being able to work under high stress and stay focus
• Respectful to policies and procedures and honest.
Education/ Experience
• Minimum Diploma in IT.
• And should have at least 3 years of progressive experience in network administration.
Certifications
• Communication Training Certificate preferable
• Customer Care Training Certificate preferable
