JOB DETAILS:
Garnet Hotels is looking for a food and beverage inventory controller.

Responsibilities Include:
• Monitoring the cost and quality of food and beverage deliveries;
• Preparing analytics and reports; and
• Communicates with chefs and managers who oversee food service processes; and
• Receive, store and issue supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations.

Qualification
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, as well as the ability to use basic software is required.
