Stock Controller and Storesman
Overview
Stock Controller responsible for food and beverage inventory. Responsible for monitoring costs and quality of food and beverage deliveries. Communicating with chefs and managers who oversee food service processes. A diploma in purchasing as well as the ability to use MS Excel and Word.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a restaurant is an added advantage.
