JOB DETAILS:
Title: Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Officer
Reports to: DESCO Supply Chain Manager
Location: HQ – Visit on the field (30% of the time)
Purpose: Write descriptions of new tools and procedure in supply chain to pilot them on the field. Analyze data provided.
Job’s Responsibilities

• Analyse existing procedures and suggest improvements in supply chain
  
• Implement changes, analyze issues and impacts
  
• Write procedures and guidelines
  
• Suggest new IT supply chain tools
  
• Write descriptions of needs as a user for those tools
  
• Test IT suggestions and summarize what is reached
  
• Participate to the implementation
  
• Manage the supply chain database to provide metrics to users
  
• Analyse data to assess the supply chain system efficiency
  Person specification
  
• Master in Supply chain or Procurement, eventually Quality Management
  
• Advanced level in Microsoft office suite, Capability in VBA.
  
• Experienced or young graduate
  
• Comfortable with spoken and written French and English.
