JOB DETAILS:
Job description
• Plan, organize sales visits, direct to meet the progress of sales target achievement with Head of Sales.
• Carrying out sales training with and role-playing sales techniques
• Setting sales targets, activity KPI’s and reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
• Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives
• Analyzes customer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the product/Solutions.
• Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling sales representatives
• Building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities
• Identifying and establishing new business
Requirements
• A Bachelors Degree in IT, Commerce or any other related field
• 2 yeare experience in Sales or marketing in a busy environment
• Strong technical, Research and analytical skills Organisational skills
• Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues
• The ability to negotiate with and influence others Sales skills
• Commercial awareness.
