JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary: Freshtec Energy Zambia is looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our energetic sales team. The Salesperson will be responsible for nurturing and growing our client base by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional service to existing customers. This role requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• New business development, cold calling potential clients.
Conduct client meetings to present and sell company products and services. Meeting and communicating with customers in-store
• Providing customers with information on various company products
• Understanding the customer’s requirements and suggesting products that suits their need and budget
• Processing customers orders , and arranging collections and delivery of the orders
• Communicating shipping charges and other tax related information to the customers
• Informing customers about any promotional offers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients..
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or business advisory sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Energetic, driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
