Invitation for Bids

ZSICLF/ORD/RE/20/08/21: Tender for Full Property Valuation Services of ZSIC Life Plc Residential and Commercial Properties

ZSIC Life Plc has set aside funds in the 2021 budget and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the tender for the revaluation of residential and commercial properties.

ZSIC Life Plc now invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the provision of full valuation of ZSIC Life Plc Residential and Commercial Properties.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding (ONCB) procedures consistent with the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 of the laws of Zambia.

Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at ZSIC Life Plc 5th floor, Woodgate House. Cairo Road, PO Box 30507 Lusaka, Zambia. The telephone numbers are +260 0211 233 039 and the fax No.is +260 211 222429.

Preferential Procurement will apply. The margins of preference to be applied are as follows:
(a) Citizen - Influenced Company - 4 Percent
(b) Citizen. Empowered Company - 8 Percent
(c) Citizen-Owned Company - 12 Percent

Bidders are therefore required to submit proof of registration with CEEC.

A complete set of bidding documents should be purchased by eligible bidders from ZSIC Life Plc, 5th floor, Woodgate House, Cairo Road, P.O. Box 30507, Lusaka upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of K500.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or by bank certified cheque.

Submission Procedure

Appropriately bound bids, sealed and boldly marked "Tender for the provision of full valuation services of ZSIC Life Pic Commercial and Residential Properties" must be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the 5th floor, Woodgate House, Cairo Road, Lusaka on or before Friday, 17th September 2021 at 10:30hrs local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration form. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening of the bids in the ZSIC Life Plc Committee Room on the 5th Floor of Woodgate House on Friday 17th September 2021 at 10:30 hour's local time. Late bids will not be accepted.
