Tender for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of CCTV Sytem and Maintenace of the System for Natsave bank

TENDER NO. NSCB/RISK/ONB/001/2023

National Savings and Credit Bank has set aside some funds toward the cost of Supply, Delivery and Installation of the CCTV and Maintenance of CCTV system for the Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the agreement(s) resulting from this IFB: Tender for the Supply and Delivery of CCTV SYSTEM AND MAINTENACE OF THE SYSTEM FOR NATSAVE BANK

Bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.08 of 2020 and is open to Citizen Bidders Only as defined in ZPPA ACT. No.08,2020.

In line with the Public Procurement Act No. 08 2020 sub section 39 this Tender is open to Citizen Bidders Only

Submission procedure

5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security/bid. bond of not less than 2% of the bid price from registered commercial banks, Insurance Companies Financial Institutions duly signed and sealed by the Guarantors(s) and valid for 118 days after the deadline for bid submission. The Bid Security/bid bond shall be in the sample format provided.

6. Interested Bidders will be required to make a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Kwacha only (K1,500.00)

7. All clarifications on the information contained in the Bidding Document and Procedure must be done via ZPPA e-GP system the Deadline for receipt of clarifications is 24" February 2023.

8. PRE-BID WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 15 FEBRARY,2023. At NATSAVE bank Headquarters, Lusaka

9. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to bidders contained in the bidding documents. All Bids shall be submitted online Via ZPPA e-GP system on or before Friday, 10th March 2023, at 10:00 hrs local time. The bids received will be opened immediately thereafter online via ZPPA e-GP System.
