3. Lot 3- Overhead Tank Stands (Metallic and Wooden) Construction of new ones as per enquiry.

• Repairs, rehabilitation and replacement of existing structures/accessories.

4. Lot 4 - Fire Towers (Metallic and Wooden)

• Construction of new ones as per enquiry.
• Repairs and maintenance of existing structures.

5. Lot 5 Wall and Wire Fences

• Construction of new ones as per enquiry.
• Repairs and maintenance of existing structures.

6. Lot & -Roads and Bridges

• Construction of new ones as per enquiry. Repairs and maintenance of existing facilities.

10. Lot 10 - Generator Sets

• Supply, installation and automation of new sets as per enquiry

11. Lot 11 Solar Lights

• Supply and installation of new units (complete with accessories) as per enquiry.
• Repairs, replacement and servicing of existing units.

12. Lot 12 - Medium Voltage Lines (Underground or Overhead)

• Supply. running and construction/ installation of new lines. switch gear and accessories as per enquiry.
• Repairs, replacement and servicing of existing lines, switch gear and accessories.

13. Lot 13- Air Conditioners

• Supply and installation of new units (complete with accessories) as per enquiry.
• Repairs, replacement and servicing of existing units..

14. Lot 14 - Water Pumps (Electrical and Solar)

• Supply and installation of new units (complete with accessories) as per enquiry.

Repairs, replacement, and servicing of existing units.

15.Lot 15-Water Supply Lines

• Supply and installation of new lines (complete with accessories) as per enquiry.
• Repairs and overhaul of existing lines.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open Bidding National (OBN) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and is open to citizen bidders only in line with Section 39(2) of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. The closing date for the receipt of bids is 3rd August 2023 at 12:00 hours, local time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the Boardroom at ZAFFICO PLC Headquarters.
