1. The Itezhi Tezhi Power Corporation Limited intends to engage a well-established and experienced consulting firm to provide consultancy services for feasibility study, detailed engineering design and supervision of the water supply system project in Itezhi Tezhi district.

2. Itezhi Tezhi Power Corporation Limited now invites sealed bids through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

3. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain a complete set of the bidding document from Itezhi Tezhi Power Corporation Limited offices situated at Unit No. 13D, 2 Floor, Pangaea Office Park, Plot 2374, Great East Road, Show Grounds Area, Lusaka, in the Procurement Office from 08:00 hrs to 12:45 hrs and 14:30 hrs to 16:45 hrs.

4. TELEGRAPHIC OR TELEFAX OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

5. The bids should be clearly marked "ITPC/ORD/FS/04/2023 TENDER FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY, DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM PROJECT IN ITEZHI TEZHI DISTRICT", and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Itezhi Tezhi Power Corporation Limited.

6. Prospective bidders are invited to attend a Pre-Bid meeting and site location on Friday 10 February, 2023 at 10:00 hours local time to be held at Kataba Admin Block in Itezhi Tezhi District.

7. The bids must be deposited in the tender box situated in the ITPC Boardroom, Itezhi Tezhi Power Corporation Limited, Unit No. 13D, 2nd Floor, Pangaea Office Park, Plot 2374, Great East Road, Show Settin Grounds Area, Lusaka.

8. The closing date for the receipt of proposals is Friday, 24 February, 2023 at 14:30 hours local time and any bids received after the date and time stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened soon after closing in the ITPC Board Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will decide to attend.
