TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2022 BRANDED DIARIES, NOTE BOOKS AND CALENDARS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE MICRO FINANCE COMPANY, CONTRACT NO. PSMFC/OP/2021/008

Public Service Micro Finance (PSMFC) has set aside funds to meet the cost for The Supply and Delivery of Dairies, notebooks and Calendars for the year 2022 and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the agreement(s) resulting from this IFB PSMFC now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2008 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011, and is open to all Bidders eligible as defined in these Bidding Documents, that meet the qualification criteria indicated in the Standard Bidding Document.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at PSMFC Office, ar plot No 441a/57, Zambezi Road, Roma, Lusaka, on the First Floor, Right wing. Procurement Office

Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the Accounts Department, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Kwacha (K500.00) Bidders will be issued with an official receipt

Application Procedure
Sealed Bids clearly labeled "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2022 Branded Diaries, Notebooks and Calendars FOR PSMFC-PSMFC/OP/2020/008" must be deposited in the tender box situated in at the reception Area, on the Ground Floor, at Public Service Micro Finance Company Office Park, Plot No. 441a/57, Zambezi Road, Roma, Lusaka on or before Thursday 20 May 2021, at 10:30 hours Bidders must secure bids by a Bid-Securing Declaration. Any bid that comes after the closing time and electronic bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who choose to attend at the address give below at 10:30.
