Tender for the Supply and Delivery of 7,719,800 Voter Card Forms and 7,719,800 Lamination Pouches for the Electoral Commission of Zambia.

Project Overview:
The Electoral Commission of Zambia has allocated budgetary provisions for the procurement of voter registration materials ahead of the voter registration exercise in 2025. Eligible bidders are invited to submit bids for the following items:

Tender Document Collection

  • Tender documents can be obtained from the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-Government Procurement System.
  • Fee: ZMW 1,000.00 (non-refundable) or its equivalent.

Bid Security and Validity

  • Bid Security: At least 2% of the bid sum, duly signed by the guarantor(s) and delivered together with the bidding documents.
  • Bid Validity: 120 days after bid closing.

Submission of Bids

  • Submission is electronic only via the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) e-Government Procurement Platform: https://eprocure.zppa.org.zm/epps
  • Deadline: 10:00 hours e-GP System time on 7th January 2025.
  • Late bids will not be accepted.
