1. Zambia Medicine and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) has received funds to procure Medicines and Medical Supplies and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Consumables and Related Commodities.
2. The Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency now invites bids for supply and delivery of Laboratory Consumables and Related Commodities.
Submission Procedure
3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding Method of Procurement with a floatation period of four weeks and as outlined under Section 39 (1-7) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.
4. The Deadline for bid submission is: 10:30 hours on Tuesday, 25 July, 2023.
5. All clarifications regarding this tender should be submitted via E-GP, 10 days before closing of the tender. The deadline for receiving clarifications is Friday, 14 July, 2023 at 17 hours. No clarifications will be attended to after this date.
6. Eligible and interested bidders should visit the Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) System.
7. Tenders must be submitted via the E-GP System.
