JOB DETAILS:
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Three Wheeler Rider to join our team. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to their destinations. This role requires a valid Three Wheeler driver’s license (Driving License Class A for Motorcycles) and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a Three Wheeler, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Pick up goods from designated locations and deliver them to their destinations on time.
• Plan efficient routes using knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns.
• Load and unload passengers and/or goods carefully and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the Three Wheeler.
• Perform basic pre-trip inspections of the Three Wheeler, reporting any mechanical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding driving time, breaks, and rest periods.

Qualifications:
• Valid Drivers License (Class A for Motorbikes)
• Clean driving record.
• At least 1 year minimum driving experience
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and defensive driving.
• Strong knowledge of the local area (Lusaka).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of driving and loading/unloading.
• Ability to lift moderate weights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
