LanjiZ Management Consultants seeks the services of a  a dynamic and results-driven Trainer to provide comprehensive training solutions to clients, covering the full training lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, delivering, and assessing training programs tailored to client needs. This role will ensure clients receive the highest standard of training, from needs analysis through to post-training support.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments to determine knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop customized training solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Training Program Design & Development:

  • Design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources that are engaging, relevant, and effective.
  • Tailor training content to suit different learning styles, ensuring accessibility and comprehension.
  • Incorporate a variety of instructional techniques (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning) to create effective programs.

Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate live, instructor-led training sessions (in-person or virtually), ensuring the content is delivered effectively.
  • Engage participants through interactive discussions, case studies, hands-on activities, and group exercises.
  • Provide clear explanations and respond to participants’ questions during and after the training sessions.

Performance Evaluation & Feedback:

  • Assess learner understanding and retention through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants to reinforce learning and address areas for improvement.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through post-training evaluations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Onboard, Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with their training goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for further development opportunities.
  • Follow-up post-training to ensure the application of learned skills and continuous support.

Training Administration:

  • Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and feedback.
  • Manage training documentation and ensure timely updates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Suggest improvements to the training processes based on feedback from clients and participants.

Support & Coaching:

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients as they apply learned skills in the workplace.
  • Offer refresher courses and additional training sessions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, Education, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training, with a focus on delivering end-to-end training services for clients.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs (both in-person and virtual).
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Ability to adapt content and delivery methods to meet diverse client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certification in training is a must.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools is desirable.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and training projects simultaneously
    Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and evolving business environments.
