JOB DETAILS:
• This is a full-time role located on-site in Lusaka for a University Librarian. The University Librarian will be responsible for managing the academic library, providing research and instructional services, overseeing budget and personnel, and collaborating with faculty to support student success.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Library and information Science
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience with academic librarianship, reference and instruction services, and collection development
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in library services and initiatives
• Experience managing library personnel and budgets
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the library and on campus
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to library patrons
