Role Summary:
1. Project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.
2. Display a strong “team player” approach and have patience with fellow staff members, assist to develop a great team spirit and working environment.
3. Always maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
4. Be attentive and anticipate all customers’ needs, also double-check all food and beverages before serving.
5. Have good communication skills with fellow staff members, management and customers.

2. Hotel and Catering Certificate or Diploma
