IFB No: MWDS/PSU/G/001/2023 PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE BUILDING

The Government of the Republic of Zambia through Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation has set aside funds in the 2023 budget for the procurement of Office Building Bidding shall be conducted through the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations No. 30 of 2022.

Submission procedure

Bids must be delivered to and placed in the tender box at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, P.O. Box 50288, Mukuba House, 3rd Floor, Dedani Kimathi Avenue Lusaka, on or before Wednesday, 22nd February 2023 at 10:30 hours local time. Bids must be appropriately bound, sealed and labelled. The bidders are required to submit one (1 No.) original and three (3 No.) copies of their bids.

Bids shall be opened in the conference room at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, Lusaka in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of either Insurance Bid Bond or a Bank Guarantee of not less than 2% of the bid sum and it MUST be in the format provided in the Solicitation Document.
