The Mathematics & Physics Teacher will be responsible for helping students develop analytical and problem-solving skills. The role includes:

  • Teaching mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics with a focus on real-life applications.
  • Delivering engaging physics lessons covering topics such as mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and thermodynamics.
  • Conducting laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance understanding.
  • Helping students develop critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
  • Preparing students for internal and external examinations, ensuring they master subject content.
  • Keeping track of student progress and providing personalized support where necessary.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of three years teaching experience at the secondary school level.
  • Experience teaching exam-prep classes, including national and international curricula.
  • Registered with TCZ (Teaching Council of Zambia).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
