INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Mbala Municipal Council has received the Constituency Development Funds and wishes to apply part of the proceeds for the eligible payments under the contract for purchase of Earth Moving Equipment.

Submission Procedure

Sealed and bound bids clearly marked "Supply and Delivery of Earthmoving Equipment-Grader" addressed to the Town Clerk, Mbala Municipal Council, must be submitted and deposited in the tender box at Mbala Municipal Council, Administration Block Foyer, AK Willombe Lane Mbala, on or before Tuesday, 7th February 2023 at 10:00 Hours Local time. Bidders are requested to submit one(1) original and three (3) copies of their bids and accompained by a 2% bid security from an insurance company or financial institution registered in Zambia. The method of procurement being used is Open National Bidding and is restricted to Citizen Bidders only as provided for in Section No.39 (2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.

The bids will be opened soon after closing in the Council Chamber, Mbala Municipal Council, A.K Willombe Lane, Mbala in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall NOT be accepted.
