Job Description
Zamtel seeks an innovative AI Engineer to integrate artificial intelligence into telecommunications, enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop AI models to automate processes and improve services.
2. Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
4. Maintain and optimize AI systems for performance and scalability.
5. Research advancements in AI to keep Zamtel at the forefront.
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and AI integration experience.
