JOB DETAILS:

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the campsite, including accommodation units, dining areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly to ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.
• Ensuring that laundry facilities are properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Preparing accommodation units for new arrivals by making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring that rooms are clean and welcoming.
• Conducting routine inspections of rooms to identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
• Properly disposing of garbage, recycling, and hazardous materials according to campsite policies and environmental regulations.
• Providing friendly and courteous service to campsite residents and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, preferably in a similar remote or industrial setting.
• Good communication skills are necessary for interacting with camp residents and other staff members, as well as for following instructions and reporting any issues or concerns.
