JOB DETAILS:
• Renaisense Ltd, a prominent Holistic Wellness Company operating in Zambia, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our dynamic Mental Health Practice. At Renaisense, we are committed to providing comprehensive mental health services that integrate traditional and holistic approaches to promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities
As a Psychotherapist at Renaisense Ltd, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
2. Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care.
4. Providing crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
6. Participating in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current trends and research in psychotherapy.

Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field. A bachelor’s degree together with Therapist Development Programme Certification will be accepted.
2. Valid license to practice psychotherapy in Zambia.
3. Proven experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
