JOB DETAILS:
Job Objective
Ensures that the installations are done to the required company standards, and focuses on Client satisfaction and customer care service

Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the solar system is properly installed following the standards and instruction provided by Solar23
• Ensuring that clients understand how to use the system
• Ensuring that clients understand the basic knowledge of LED indicators and their meaning
• Ensuring that clients understand his/her responsibilities in keeping the system healthy and effective
• Ensuring that the system is working all the time
• Attending to clients’ complaints in time- restoring failed systems.
• Any other duty assigned from time to time

Tasks
• Carrying out client education on technical aspects of the solar systems (Solar home systems and mini-grids)
• Carrying out ones-off installations
• Fault finding and rectification
• Carrying out preventive maintenance/service/repair

Qualifications &Experience:
• Diploma in Electrical or higher in Engineering from a reputable institution
• Three-Five years’ experience in installation preferably of Solar Power Modules/Equipment
• Driver’s license B
• Valid EIZ Practicing License and EngRB Registration

Knowledge, Skills & Competences
• Should have good knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Should possess knowledge of safety practices
• Should have good equipment and tool-handling skills
