JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 School Certificate with Five (5) Credits or better.
• Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Intermediate experience in Accounting software and Web Development applications is an added advantage.
• Certification in CISCO (CCNA), Microsoft Windows Server, or Linux is an added advantage.
• Membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or Information and Communication Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ).
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position.

Competencies and Skills Required:
• Proficiency in computer hardware and software maintenance and repair.
• Strong networking skills, including configuration and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN networks.
• Ability to install, maintain, and update IT systems and software.
• Knowledge of web development and hosting platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
