Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events for our clients. From corporate functions to weddings, and everything in between, as an Events Coordinator you will be ensuring that each event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and manage the logistics of events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, and all operational details.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, ensuring every aspect of the event meets their expectations.
• Budget Management: Work within client budgets, providing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the event stays within financial constraints.
• On-site Event Management: Oversee the event on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, handling any issues that arise, and managing the event team.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure roles are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Marketing & Promotion: Assist with promoting events via social media, websites, or other marketing channels as needed.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Collect client feedback and assist with post-event reports to improve future event planning.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• A Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or in any related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, ideally in a corporate, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and event staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset to help deliver unique and engaging events.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in events managements.

Position: Braai Master Chef *1
Location: Lusaka
Job Summary
As our Braai Master Chef, you’ll be at the helm of our grill, creating smoky dishes that will have our guests coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grill Mastery: Oversee the grilling process for all meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring each item is cooked to perfection with the ideal smoky flavor.
• Menu Creation: Design and develop exciting, flavour-packed braai menus.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to share the love of the braai, offering cooking tips, explanations of techniques, and stories behind traditional dishes.
• Equipment Management: Manage and maintain all braai equipment, including grills, smokers, and utensils, ensuring everything is in a good working condition.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of meats, spices, and other ingredients, ensuring we have everything needed to deliver a top-notch braai experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must Have a Diploma or Certificate in Food Production.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate
• Proven experience as a chef, preferably with expertise in grilling, braai, or barbecue cooking.
• Deep knowledge of braai techniques, including using different types of wood, charcoal, and smokers.
• A creative and adaptable mindset, with a flair for developing new and exciting braai menus.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• A passion for high-quality, flavorful food and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Preferably Male
