JOB DETAILS:
Main roles & responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing all-encompassing educational and counseling plan
Fostering equal opportunity practices and encourage students' association
Paying attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with students
• Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concer
Assess students' attributes and help them realize their strengths
Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
• Provide advocacy for student safety
• Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately
• Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties
Complete assessment and tests, analyze results and provide feedback Study and update students records
• Prepare and present reviews on progress
Organize career awareness programs

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or Teacher
Bachelor's Degree in guidance Counseling or Education with guidance counseling credentials,
• Minimum Three (3) years' experience in Guidance and Counseling
Integrity and professionalism
•Ability to operate with wide range of student personalities and backgrounds
Education in various models of teaching, best counseling practices and regulations will be added advantage
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities
Basic knowledge of computers
Registered and possess the TCZ Teaching License

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
