Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading the culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Qualifications:
• Culinary diploma, or equivalent certification relevant to the role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
key Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and execution
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in cost control measures
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and enhance menu offerings
