Job Summary
• Are you a skilled and experienced Tyre Fitter looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? We are seeking 2 qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tyre Fitters. If you have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the field and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Tyre Fitter located in Chambishi. The Tyre Fitter will be responsible for fitting and repairing tyres on a daily basis. The role may also involve other duties such as tire rotation, balancing, and ensuring the workshop maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
As a tyre fitter, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Tyre Installation and Balancing: Efficiently and accurately mount, balance, and install tyres on various vehicles.
• Repair and Maintenance: Identify and repair tyre punctures, damage, and wear, ensuring the safety and longevity of the tyres.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, providing excellent service, answering queries, and offering expert advice on tyre selection and maintenance.
• Equipment Operation: Operate tyre-fitting equipment and machinery in compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality and integrity of tyre fittings, ensuring alignment and balancing are precise.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tyre services provided, inventory, and customer information.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Tyre Fitter.
• Knowledge of tyre fitting and repair techniques
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy tyres and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative attitude, able to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Minimum a trade or craft certificate in tyre fitting.
