JOB DETAILS:
As a Bartender, the role holder will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the establishment. The Bartender plays a key role in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
– Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
– Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers.
– Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
– Monitor and manage the bar’s inventory, restocking as needed.
– Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper storage and handling of alcoholic beverages.
– Engage with patrons, providing friendly and attentive service.
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
