JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the role
• The purpose of this position is to ensure the availability of a fully functional Automated Teller Machine (ATM) service to customers including the custody and balancing of ATM cash.

Responsibilities
• ATM Up-time by ensuring that ATM terminals are always adequately stocked with cash and stationery
• Ensure that all ATM terminals are kept clean and maintained in good condition.
• Maintain close liaison with Operations, Card Operations Centre and Admin to ensure that equipment problems are dealt with promptly.
• ATM Cash Control according to laid-down instructions.
• Balance cash at the required intervals
• Report and action differences in ATM cash promptly
• Ensure that ATM cash is safeguarded against unnecessary and preventable loss.
• Action ATM reports as listed on the Duty List promptly, Reconcile ATM cash daily
• Plan and execute regular maintenance requirements for ATM terminals, and deal with day-to-day unexpected interruptions to service in order to maximize productivity

Minimum Entry Requirements
• Must be computer literate
• Minimum diploma in relevant field.
• 2 – 3 Years relevant experience, with exposure to tellering and safe custody.
• ATM operating and maintenance experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license
