– Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
– Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
– Perform reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.
– Help in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
– Processing payroll and statutory deductions (NHIMA, NAPSA, PAYE).
– Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
– Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Wave, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) is an added advantage.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
