JOB DETAILS:
Job description:
1.Greet and welcome clients at the front desk
2. Direct visitors/clients to the appropriate office/Department
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the right department
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
8. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings
10. Arrange travel and accommodations, and allocate vehicles for pick up and drop off
11. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
13. Handle works assigned by the Admin Manager
14. attendance supervision and registration to the attendance system
15. 1-2 years’ work experience in front desk operations

Requirements:
1. Degree in any business field
2. Professional appearance and customer service attitude
3. Good written and communication skills
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Additional certification in Office Management will be an added advantage
9. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus
10. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
