JOB DETAILS:
In line with our corporate priorities aimed at ensuring optimization of revenue collection and increased tax compliance on one hand and the need to effectively manage the numerous challenges and opportunities in the fast-changing business environment on the other, we are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, well-qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:
26.0 ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – MIS, ZRA06 (1) HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
A. PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the HR Officer – Performance, Rewards & Benefits, the job holder will be responsible for managing the HR information systems, inputting and updating Personnel data into the SAP Information system and ARUTI PMDC System.
B. MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Inputting new Employees records in SAP;
• Inputting Promotions, Transfers, Re – designations, personal staff changes;
• Inputting staff training needs identified from performance appraisals, new training records for staff;
• Inputting staff appraisal forms;
• Updating salary staff notches;
• Updating staff Leave of absence;
• Terminating approved employees from SAP;
• Producing various reports from SAP for users;
• Producing and Backing up establishment reports for future reference; and
• Providing input in the HR monthly activity report.
C. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 School Certificate or General Certificate of Education (GCE) equivalent;
• University Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems or any Equivalent Field;
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant post qualifying work experience; and
• Valid Membership to the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management is mandatory.
• Must have worked in their current grade for a minimum of one year six months
