JOB DETAILS:
ZSIC General Insurance Limited, is a leading provider of customer oriented short-term insurance services in Zambia. An equal opportunity employer and a member of IDC Group of Companies, ZSIC General Insurance seeks applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill up the following position.

The role provides support to the Risk and Compliance Manager in all aspects of the Enterprise Wide Risk Management programmes and strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the implementation of the Company's Risk Management framework
• Monitor and update key risk Indicators dashboards covering all key risks of the Company including Compliance risk, Operational risk, Credit risk, reputation risk, market risk. liquidity risk, underwriting risk etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEGDE AND SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• Minimum level of academic and Professional qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, Risk Management or equivalent from a recognised Institution
• Certified Risk Analyst or equivalent Risk Management Certifications
• ZICA, ACCA, CIMA
• At least three (3) years post qualification experience

Key Attributes and Skills
• Possess working knowledge of industry applicable laws and regulations
• Data Analysis Skills - ability to analyse big data
• Relationship and stakeholder Management
