Itel is an entry level and reliable mobile phone brand for everyone which is adopting a “Join n Enjoy” mentality in which its mission is to provide budget-friendly mobile communications technology to everyone. It democratizes technology by giving entry to technology and connectivity to consumers without prior access to it. Therefore, Itel BU wishes to invited qualified candidates to fill in the positions of BTL Marketer to be based in Lusaka.
Below are the requirements and duties required for each position;

Job Overview
The below the line Marketer is responsible for managing all the companies all companies offline marketing works

Responsibilities And Duties
• The below the line marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, acquiring and executing itel branding works in stores across the country.
• The below the line marketing specialist will be responsible for ensuring all point-of-sale materials are well maintained and in good working order.
• The below the line marketing specialist will be responsible maintaining display standard’s by working hand in hand with store supervisors to insure set display standards are well maintained.

Qualifications
• Experience in managing offline marketing works working with the printing companies and welders/fabricators.

• Excellent team player to allow the individual to work across different departments.
• Good planning and organizational abilities
• Quick learner and very adaptive in new environments and able to work with different multicultural teams.
