Job Purpose
Overall management of the billing system. The job holder will also design, develop and implement effective and efficient systems covering billing and payment methods. S/he will supervise billing staff.

Requirements
• Secondary education: Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum professional qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business and Accounting or related qualification.
• Relevant work experience: 5 years
• Required competencies and personal attributes:
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
