JOB DETAILS:
Main Job Tasks
• Manage the branch's budget.
• Sales
• Southern SADC Regional Manager
• Hire, supervise and train employees.
• Solve problems - customers & staff.
• Development & maintenance - markets in SADC
• Marketing irrigation products & services
• Train & technical advice to clients
• Identify new markets-seek potential irrigation projects
Education & Experience
Minimum required skills/qualification:
• Tertiary qualification(s) related to Agriculture.
• Minimum 8+ years' practical experience in the design/selling of irrigation systems.
• Language: English, Afrikaans
• Excellent marketing, people skills
• Valid passport
• Proven management skill and high EQ
• Strategic thinking
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 96
Level of Education: Associate Degree
