JOB DETAILS:
Wah kong Enterprises Limited is one of the leading Construction Company in Zambia. We seek to recruit a bulldozer Operator to join our team.

Job Purpose:
1. Build the waste dump,
2. profile it to standard and stable walls for efficient dumping and loading of waste rock.
3. Carry out fire brake works and other jobs requiring the dozer.
4. Ensures work quality is of high standard to ascertain the safety and well-being of all personnel and assets.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring work is done to the given specifications and to the adopted standards.
2. Employ SOPs and SWPS to make service works comply to standards.
Use proper PPE.
3. Pass the tests for operation of equipment according to local SOP and get ticketed.
4. Carrying out ramp construction and profiling of the waste dump
5. Create fire brakes around the mine area fence.
6. Maintaining roadways Conducting QA/QC of works
7. Ensure proper communication as works are underway.
8. Lead by example and ensure excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to engage other employees and building a strong reliability/productive team.
9. Lead by example in time management and work execution.
10. Conducting safety sensitization for all tasks.
11. Getting correct instructions for execution
12. Ensuring communication with line-up supervisor for materials, machines and equipment needs.

Qualification
1. Must be qualified to Operate a Bulldozer
2. Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in an open pit area.
