Position Overview:
• The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the company by overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient and effective business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan. Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals and objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a business development management role with a track record of success in a financial services industry (fintech is a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial management and business operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
