JOB DETAILS:
Chapa Classic Lodge in Livingstone is looking for a creative Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute a diverse menu catering to lodge guests.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef in a hospitality setting.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification.
• Creativity in menu planning and presentation with the ability to handle and cater to large groups at the lodge.
