JOB DETAILS:
Core Responsibilities
1. Overseeing and managing the company’s Branch in Lusaka as well as all Engineering related projects and operations countrywide.
2. Overseeing and managing company projects and service department for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) as well as the same department for Escalators and Elevators
3. To execute and oversee HVAC-R, Elevator and all other works and projects within the Company’s portfolio assigned to his responsibility
4. Leading all teams of Engineers and Supervisors assigned to his responsibility
5. Projects and site management
6. Ensuring that preparation and submission of Tenders & Quotations is done within the stipulated time.
7. Cost and budget control for site works and all materials and equipment issued under his supervision
8. Design and planning HVAC-R systems
9. Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors

Qualifications
1. Must possess a degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
2. Must have knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC -R) Systems
3. Must be registered with Engineering Institution of Zambia
4. Must be computer literate, able to work with AutoCAD
5. Must have 5 to 10 years experience in same or similar position
6. Must have a valid drivers’ licence
